Grant Application

 

 

The number of grants awarded will depend on the availability of funds, the number of applicants, and the quality of the applications.  Maximum grant amount: $400.00. 

 

Please review the following criteria:

  • Application deadline is February 1. 
  • All applicants must represent a Shrewsbury High School student group, club, class, or organization.
  • The grant must be used to promote educational or charitable projects or to foster a sense of community.
  • Each grant project must involve or benefit at least five SHS students.
  • All applications must be typewritten.
  • The applicant must submit the original application plus four copies.
  • Grant recipients are asked to include that the SHS Alumni Association awarded funds for the project in any and all publicity related to the project.  Recipients must also complete a brief project evaluation.

Applicants will be notified of the Alumni Association’s decision on or before March 1.
