To support Athletics at SHS
6th Annual Golf Tournament Dear
Player and /or Sponsor,
We would like to “Thank You” for your participation and
continued support of SHS Athletic Boosters Club in the past.
In
order to promote the athletic programs at Shrewsbury High School, we are holding the 6th annual Shrewsbury High School Athletic
Boosters Golf Tournament. The money raised at this event will be used to support the needs of our athletic teams not funded
by the school.
The tournament will be held at Juniper Hill Golf Course in Northboro, MA
on Friday June 22, 2012 with a 9:00 am shot gun start, and will include parents, students, alumni and other members of the
community. In order to have a successful tournament we are looking for merchants and individuals to be a hole sponsor, golf,
or to do donate items for our raffle.
Sponsorship:
We are looking for sponsors to make
a pledge of either $50 or $100. One hundred dollar sponsors will have a large advertising sign at the tee boxes and fifty
dollar sponsors will have a smaller sign. Your payment must be PAID IN FULL by May 25, 2012.
Golf: We are also looking
for people interested in playing in the tournament. The cost will remain $135 per player, ($540.00 per foursome) which includes
green fees, cart, and dinner at the conclusion of the tournament. Please fill out and return the enclosed golfer's player
form if you are interested in golfing. If you want to sign up as a single player, we will place you with
other golfers to make a foursome. Your payment must be received for golfing by May 25, 2012.
Please Note: If payment is sent after May 25, add a late fee charge of $10.00 per player.
Donations: If you would like to donate an item for our raffle table
please fill in the sponsor sheet that is available on our website. You can also email ptoti@shrewsbury.k12.ma.us to arrange to drop off the item or to have it picked up before the tournament.
Raffle tickets will be sold during registration and right before lunch. Raffle items
will be drawn during lunch. There will be special contests throughout the tournament that will be available for purchase at
registration. You will also have a chance to win a CAR if you get a hole in one.
The tournament registration begins at 8:00 with coffee and donuts.
The tournament begins promptly at 9:00 am.
Every golfer must sign in during the registration time frame.

Pay by PayPal: This option will be available after April 15, 2012. Please visit our website at
http://schools.shrewsbury-ma.gov/boosters for more details. This payment must also be received by May 25,
2012.
